He participated in several research projects in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Salerno, collaborating with the research groups led by Professors Ada Amendola and Fernando Fraternali. In 2010, he also completed a one-year research stay at ETH Zurich, where he collaborated with Professor Philippe Block.
