Baidehi has completed a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from KIIT University, India and a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering ,Science and Technology in Solid Mechanics. Baidehi has studied the rocking response of free-standing rigid blocks under several base excitations and also performed fragility assessment to determine the vulnerability of the structures under stochastic ground motions. She has also worked as a Structural Engineer in an organization called ZURU Tech India Pvt. Limited whose prime aim is to develop a BIM software and prefabricated building products.
