Education
BSc in Applied Geological Sciences at the Federico II University in Naples and MSc in Applied Geological Sciences - Applied Geology to engineering and environment - at the University of Turin.

Research
During the years of Giuseppina’s Master’s Degree she has studied primarily applied geophysics in combination with seismic site response, seismic microzonation and seismic risk. Her thesis work, developed through data collection and the creation of a database, which also led to the publication of an article, it gave more and more weight and importance to her interests and projects.
Giuseppina is currently a PhD candidate in “Defense against Natural risks and ecological transition of built environment” at the University of Salerno, where she conducts scientific research about seismic metamaterials (completion of the Ph.D. program on October 31, 2026).
