B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Production Engineering at the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, India. PhD in Risk and Sustainability in Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering Systems at the University of Salerno, Italy.

Over recent years, Narinder has participated in international research programs dealing with the environmental issues such as recycling of plastic solid waste, at the Department of Production Engineering (Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana), Sponsored by Govt. of India during the year 2015-19. in June 2022 he has completed a PhD program in Risk and Sustainability in Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering Systems at the University of Salerno, defending a thesis on the subject of "Design, mechanical modeling and testing of innovative seismic isolation devices". Narinder is currently Post-Doc research assistant at the University of Naples "Parthenope", where he carries out scientific research on the design and engineering of innovative sostainable materials.
